In order to provide the best client service, we assemble a dedicated team of professionals for each client project. These teams work across all space segments in Paris and the Inner Suburbs.

Letting

  • Advising landlords on letting instructions (rental and marketing positioning, negotiations support from the initial site visit through to lease signature).
  • Supporting occupiers in developing their real estate strategy.
  • Catella helps occupier clients to define their requirements, develop cash flow comparables to support decision-making process (remaining on site, moving, combining operations, …) and provides support throughout the negotiation process until the lease is agreed (leases, cancellations, pre-sales agreements, deeds of sale, ...).
  • Supporting lease renegotiations.

Catella Property can also be instructed to research users seeking to purchase premises: valuation and active marketing to clients and fellow agents.
