Block sales and acquisitions

Catella Residential arranges the disposal or acquisition of buildings, portfolios or housing transactions for property companies on behalf of institutional or private investors, developers and both national and international investment funds.

The team advises these groups in terms of strategy development (for disposals or acquisitions) and supports them through to completion of the sale.

Break-up sales

On behalf of institutional and private owners as well as property traders and dealers, Catella Residential takes on the whole break-up sales process for buildings and property portfolios with a high residential or mixed-use component.

After having valued and assessed the site, Catella Residential carries out the preparatory steps for getting the site on the market (rental analysis, collective co-ownership, diagnosis ...), undertakes the necessary legal processes and develops the most-relevant marketing and communication tools.

Our in-depth knowledge of the different steps ensures that our clients benefit from an optimal marketing process for both vacant and occupied premises to tenants or investors.

Break-up sales of new schemes

Our market knowledge combined with the marketing network that we’ve developed across France, allows us to offer “turnkey” solutions to developers looking to carry out block, part-block or break-up sales for their property developments.
