Catella Project Management GmbH pitched for a plot between Cologne and Dusseldorf. The city of Leverkusen started a big investors competition for a very interesting plot in the middle of the city with direct train connection to Cologne.
Many different usages like retail, office, hotel, services and a mobility hub are combined in this future project. Interesting fact about this competition: The sales price is fixed! Only a concept that matches the requirements of the jury will be successful. CPM and the renowned architects of HPP developed an innovative and sustainable concept which made it to the final round.
From a huge group of developers 10 companies have been chosen to hand in their concepts. Günter Thiebes and Andre Zschau presented our concept in front of a jury of 26 officials and politicians and reached the next stage! Coming Wednesday (04. July 2018) our concept will be presented in public. The final investor will be selected in October.
