Background: Several senior positions in the real estate industry, such as Group CEO at DEAS Asset Management Group and DEAS Group, Senior Managing Director and Head of European Asset Management, among others, at PATRIZIA, co-founder and Managing Partner at Atlas Management, board member of Ikano Bostad AB and Fondsmæglerselskabet Investering & Tryghed A/S Group, Head of Portfolio Development and M&A at Landic Property Group as well as Director of Structured Products at Proark Group.

Significant assignments outside the company: Chairman of the board of Hococo ApS and board member of Aedifica NV/SA.

Michel Fischier

Johanna Bjärnemyr

Chief Legal Officer

Background: Legal Counsel at Hemfosa Fastigheter AB and before that roles at Wistrand Advokatbyrå, Advokatfirman Cederquist and Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton.

Daniel Gorosch

Head of Corporate Finance Europe

Born 1971. Member of Executive management since March 2026.

Background: Employed at Catella since 2024, previously as CEO of Catella Corporate Finance Sweden. Prior to that, served as CEO of Colliers Sweden. Before that, held roles as CEO of JLL Sweden and SBF Fonder.

Education: Master's degree in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.

Dominik Röhrich

Head of Investment Management Europe

Background: Employed at Catella since 2026. Prior to that, he was Managing Director at PATRIZIA Real Assets KVG GmbH and CIO DACH & Head of Fund Management – Core Commercial at PATRIZIA SE. Earlier, he worked as Asset & Investment Manager at Catella Real Estate AG KAG.

Education: Diploma in Diploma in Business and Economics.
