Catella Investment Management in Denmark is a local operating partner for investors on the Danish Real Estate Market. The operations in Denmark are an integrated part of the wider Catella Group with a presence in 12 geographical markets in Europe, which in total holds some EUR 15 billion in assets under management (AuM).
In Denmark, Catella manages real estate investments of approx. DKK 15 billion within all major segments, and across different risk profiles and strategies, including developments, value-add and core investments.

We have a successful +25-year proven track record on the Danish market of sourcing, acquiring, financing, managing and divesting real estate assets across all segments. Our platform provides investors access to a dedicated investment management team, responsible for actively managing a given strategy and capitalizing on the extensive local know-how. Programs include direct investment strategies, investment clubs, separate accounts and real estate funds.
