Catella’s experts are Authorized Property Valuers (AKA) approved by the Property Valuation Board of Finland Chamber of Commerce (KHK). All our real estate valuations are carried out in accordance with International Valuation Standards (IVS) or RICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
