The City of Oulu has sold three fire and emergency services properties in Oulu. The buyer is Pohde – The Wellbeing Services County of North Ostrobothnia.

Finland’s transaction market came back to life after two very sluggish years, with transaction volume ultimately more than doubling year-on-year to approximately EUR 4.4 billion. Investors’ confidence has improved, and outlook is more optimistic once again.

Kuusamon Vuokratalot has sold an assisted living property called Kotiranta in Kuusamo. The property is fully leased to the Wellbeing Services County of North Ostrobothnia, Pohde. The buyer is Suomen Hoiva ja Asunto Oy.
