Spektri Business Park (“Spektri”) has reached a new level in sustainability and energy performance by achieving the internationally recognized BREEAM Excellent environmental certification.
At the same time, its previous rating improved from Very Good to Excellent. This achievement is the result of long-term and ambitious development work carried out systematically under the management of Catella Asset Management (“Catella”) and in close collaboration with a wide network of professionals.
BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is one of the world’s leading sustainability assessment systems for buildings. The certification is granted only to properties that meet strict criteria related to energy efficiency, responsible material choices, indoor air quality, and accessibility of location. Spektri’s Excellent-rating corresponds to the second-highest level within the BREEAM scale and demonstrates the property’s high quality, responsible maintenance, and sustainable management practices. Spektri’s solutions in the use of renewable energy and its careful monitoring of building performance further support this achievement.
