The property is located at a prominent spot along a pedestrian street in the city centre of Rovaniemi. The shopping centre contains a versatile variety of speciality shops, as well as a cinema, several cafés and a heated garage.

The total lettable area is approximately 14,400 square metres with 67 tenants. Sampokeskus attracts yearly approximately 1.9 million customers.

The purchase price is approximately EUR 16 million.
