Catella advisor in the sale of a landmark property in the Tampere city center

PMK-building is located on the edge of Tampere CBD area, in a rapidly developing location, approximately 600 meters from the railway station. The building was originally built as a sales office and warehouse for cotton in 1937, from which the name PMK-building derives from.

Currently, the building is in office and commercial use with a lettable area of more than 15,000 square meters. In the property there are approximately 60 tenants. In addition, the building has approximately 2,000 square meters of raw space.
