The Federation of municipalities council of Pohjois-Pohjanmaan Sairaanhoitopiiri (PPSHP) has decided to sell the entire share capital of Oulun Medikiinteistöt Oy to Lapti Group and the Sairaalanrinne land area in Oulu. Catella acted as PPSHP’s advisor in the sales process.
Oulun Medikiinteistöt Oy owns 10 apartment buildings comprising approximately 500 rental apartments. The plot has also 15,000 sq.m. of unused building right for three 12 storey apartment buildings. The Company will be transferred to Lapti Group on November 1st, 2018. The plot, administered by the company, will be sold partly to Lapti Group and partly to Ålandsbanken Building Plot Fund, Non-UCITS.
