Catella acted as an advisor in the divestment of a hotel portfolio

Tradeka-kiinteistöt Oy has sold three hotel properties separately to two investors. The buyers are Investors House Oyj and a privately owned Finnish real estate investment company. Investors House Oyj is a real estate investment company listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Stock Exchange.

The hotel properties comprise approximately 340 hotel rooms with a total lettable area of over 30 000 square metres. The hotel operators in the three hotel properties are Scandic Ikaalisten Kylpylä, Scandic Kotka and Rauman Hovi Oy. All the lease agreements have long maturities. 

The Seller of the hotel properties is Tradeka-kiinteistöt Oy. Tradeka-Yhtiöt Group sold its hotel operations to Scandic at the end of 2017. 

Catella acted as exclusive advisor to Tradeka in the divestment process.
