Catella advisor in the sale of two modern residential properties in the HMA

The housing mutual fund Ålandsbanken Residential Property has sold two modern and high-quality residential properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The properties are located at excellent locations in Jätkäsaari, Helsinki, and Matinkylä, Espoo, close to good connections and comprehensive daily services. The apartments are modern and in good condition, built in 2014 and 2017.

The majority of the apartments are two-room apartments varying in size from 35 to 60 square metres. The properties include also a number of three-room apartments as well as some family apartments.

Catella acted as Ålandsbanken’s advisor in the sales process.
