Catella acted as Investors House’s advisor in the sale of a hotel property in the Pori city centre. The buyer is Evli Rental Yield fund managed by Evli Fund Management Ltd.
Investors House Oyj has sold a hotel property to Evli Rental Yield fund. The hotel is located in Central Pori. The hotel is leased with long lease agreement to Scandic. The hotel comprises 120 hotel rooms. In addition to the hotel, the property has three office tenants as well.
The property has been fully refurbished during the recent years and the hotel has also been extended during the refurbishments. The lettable area of the property is approximately 5,850 square meters. The property includes a parking hall with 56 parking spaces.
