Catella acted as an advisor to Valio Pension Fund and Valio Mutual Pension Insurance Fund in the sale of a residential portfolio located in Helsinki and Vantaa. The residential portfolio consists total of 143 apartments and the buyer is Lumo Kodit Oy.
Valio Pension Fund and Valio Mutual Pension Insurance Fund have agreed to sell a portfolio of 143 apartments to Lumo Kodit Oy. The buildings are located in the Konala and Pähkinärinne neighborhoods in the Helsinki area.
Catella acted as an advisor to Valio Pension Fund and Valio Mutual Pension Insurance Fund during the sales process.
