Catella acted as Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj’s advisor in the sale of a retail property in Espoo

Erikoissijoitusrahasto Fennica Toimitilat I has bought a modern retail property in Suomenoja from Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj. Suomenoja is regarded as the leading speciality trade area in Espoo with excellent connections. The retail property has been built in 2015 and its lettable area is approximately 8,000 square metres. In addition, the property includes more than 200 parking spaces.

The anchor tenant of the property is XXL Sports & Outdoor. In addition, the property has several other tenants including multiple motor vehicle service providers, which operate under the MotorCenter concept.
