Catella acted as a financial advisor in the arrangement of junior financing for Isku Center in Lahti

The first part of Isku Center was completed in 1958, and thereafter, the building has been expanded in several phases. After a completion of a large-scale alteration work of the building in 2018, Isku Center consist nowadays of mainly modern educational, office, restaurant, warehouse and industrial premises. The lettable area of Isku Center is 67,500 sq.m. and its most notable tenants are LAB University of Applied Sciences and Isku, which has its headquarters in the building.
