Catella advised Senate Properties’ in a sale of shares in a property in the center of Helsinki

Catella Property Oy acted as Senate Properties’ advisor in the divestment of its shares in Kiinteistö Oy Haapaniemenkatu 7-9 to a domestic investor.

The target premises of the transaction comprised 4 400 sqm of office space located on floors 2-7. In addition, 510 sqm of basement premises was included in the transaction.

The property was built in 1979 and is located in the Merihaka area in the center of Helsinki at the address Haapaniemenkatu 7-9. The target premises will remain in office use.

Catella acted as Senate Properties' exclusive financial advisor in the transaction.
