Catella acted as Nordika’s advisor in the acquisition of a landmark office property in the Helsinki inner city.
The multi-tenant office property located in Käpylä was originally built in 1987 as the headquarters of Amer Oy, one of the world's leading sports equipment manufacturers. The property is known as the former Amer HQ building and is still today a well-known landmark building. The lettable area of the property is approximately 10,000 square metres.
The anchor tenants of the property are Rapala VMC Oyj, Silta Oy, Fitness24Seven and K-Market.
