Catella has appointed M.Sc. (Econ.) Petteri Kokko as Head of Transactions to further strengthen its real estate M&A and advisory services in Finland.
Petteri Kokko is a senior corporate finance professional with over 10 years of experience from complex property and corporate M&A transactions in the Finnish market. During his career Petteri has advised in over 60 transactions with a combined value exceeding EUR 5 billion. Petteri has been working at Advium Corporate Finance since 2010 and as the head of the real estate team at Advium during the last 5 years. His former employers include Sofia Bank Corporate Finance and Novel Management Consulting. At Catella, Petteri will be heading the Helsinki transaction team and leading advisory projects in Finland. Petteri will start working at Catella in October 2021.
