A group of private investors sold a fully refurbished office property in the Helsinki centre to a fund managed by Real I.S. AG

The property is located in Dagmarinkatu 6 close to the Parliament House and the National Museum with an excellent accessibility. Prior to the divestment, the seller carried out a total refurbishment of the historic redbrick property to be used as the headquarter of Sulake Oy, which is a subsidiary of pan-European gaming and adtech company Azerion. The developer in the refurbishment project was RED Concepts.

The impressive building was designed by the Finnish architect Lars Sonck and built originally in 1924. The total rental area of the property is 2,313 square metres, which is divided into a ground floor, five upper floors and a basement. The property meets the highest office standards with BREEAM Good label and flexible layout while building’s unique historical character has been maintained.
