Catella advised in the sale of a head office property located in Espoo

The sold office property is located at the address Laturinkuja 8 along the Kehä I highway in Espoo. The property has an excellent location close to the Leppävaara train station and the shopping centre Sello. The office property is occupied by Eltel Networks headquarters. Terrieri Ky, which acted as the seller, is an alternative fund belonging to the S-Pankki Group.

The building was completed in 2008 and it comprises four storeys with modern premises and a separate parking deck. The lettable area of the property is approximately 3,200 square metres.
