Catella acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the Pegasos Real Estate limited partnership, in the sale of a commercial property located in Mikkeli. The retail property has over 6,600 square metres of lettable area. The buyers are private investors.
The property is located at eastern Rantakylä some four kilometres from Mikkeli city centre. The building was constructed in 2008. The lettable area of the building is approximately 6,600 square metres. The building has one floor and consists of three retail spaces and a storage.
The tenants of the property are Maskun Kalustetalo and Puuilo.
