A fund managed by NREP has divested an office property in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki to Evli Rental Yield Fund (AIF) managed by Evli Fund Management Company Ltd on 23 June 2022.
The property is located at the address Valimotie 1 in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki. The location is excellent and visible in the immediate vicinity of the upcoming Jokeri Light Rail line stop close to the Haaga traffic circle. The property has a lettable area of approx. 9,700 sq.m. and 161 parking places and it has been leased to multiple tenants.
