The sold landmark office property is located in the Kamppi business district at the address Malminkatu 16, Helsinki. The property is well located next to Kamppi shopping centre in the Helsinki city centre.

The property, called Voimatalo, was originally constructed to serve as headquarters of Imatran Voima and is nowadays occupied by European Union and Rakennustieto Oy among others. The lettable area of the property is approximately 9,300 square metres and it has been distinguished with a BREEAM In-Use Very Good certificate.
