Sigrid Jusélius Foundation signed a lease agreement with S-Bank for more than 2,000 square metres of office premises in the Aleksi 48 property in the heart of Helsinki.
The premises will be refurbished to meet the tenant’s needs and the project is scheduled for completion in late 2026. The space was previously occupied by a H&M store.
Catella Property acted as advisor to S-Bank in the letting process.
