Catella acted as Senate Properties’ financial advisor in the sale of an office property located in the Helsinki CBD, at Eteläesplanadi 10. The buyer is a joint venture established by Alma Property Partners and Cobbleyard Real Estate. The purchase price amounts to EUR 16 million.
The property, completed in 1910, was originally constructed as a hotel, restaurant, and theatre building. Most recently, the building was occupied by Ministry of Justice. A major refurbishment project is planned for the property, and it will remain mainly in office use under the new ownership.
