The CREDI main index was 63.0 points, indicating improving real estate finance market, which has strengthened continuously since early 2024.
According to the survey, the improvement in the finance market is primarily driven by better availability of traditional bank financing and decreasing loan margins. High-quality properties are being financed on good terms, but securing construction financing can still be challenging. However, we believe that the improved financing environment will also support the transaction market as already evidenced by increasing real estate transaction volumes during 2025.
