Catella Property Oy acted as financial advisor to S-Pankki Asunto Erikoissijoitusrahasto in the sale of a residential property in Jyväskylä.
The building has been built in 2017 and its premises are totally leased.
Property is situated near Kuokkala area’s facilities in Jyväskylä, about two kilometers from the Jyväskylä city centre.
The buyer is Samla Apartment Fund, which is managed by Samla Capital’s fund.
