Kesko has sold and leased back ten grocery store properties to the Swedish company Prisma Properties AB under long-term lease agreements. The sale price of the portfolio is approximately EUR 59 million.
The portfolio includes one K-Citymarket, seven K-Supermarkets, and two K-Markets. The properties are new or relatively new.
Catella acted as advisor to Kesko in the transaction.
