Vesa Kiviluoto joins Catella Finland as Head of Valuation & Consulting

Vesa Kiviluoto is a senior real estate professional with close to 20 years of experience from valuation & consultancy services. Vesa has vast experience in valuation and consultancy advice of commercial real estate. Vesa has been working at CBRE since 2018, and latest in a role of Senior Director of business development at Valuation & Advisory Services in CBRE Helsinki office. His other former employers include Kiinteistötaito Peltola & Co, DTZ Finland and Cushman & Wakefield. At Catella, Vesa will be heading the Finland Valuation team. Vesa will start working at Catella in August 2025.
