Catella Property Oy acted as the commercial advisor to the local real estate investment company AulisCap Oy in the transaction of a commercial property in the city center of Tampere.
The historical commercial property was known as the PMK building (PMK-talo), which has a lettable area of approximately 17,000 square meters. Originally built in 1937, the property's premises are adaptably used for office, retail, and warehouse purposes, among others. The PMK building is located right on the edge of the city centre along Ratapihankatu, only about 600 meters from the railway station.
The seller is a special investment fund managed by Mandatum.
