Kuusamon Vuokratalot has sold an assisted living property called Kotiranta in Kuusamo. The property is fully leased to the Wellbeing Services County of North Ostrobothnia, Pohde. The buyer is Suomen Hoiva ja Asunto Oy.
The property accommodates 60 elderly residents and offers 24-hour assisted living services. The property is situated in a central location in downtown Kuusamo, on the shore of Lake Kuusamo.
The property has a total floor area of approximately 3,100 sqm and was completed in 2014.
The buyer is Suomen Hoiva ja Asunto Oy.
