The City of Oulu has sold three fire and emergency services properties in Oulu. The buyer is Pohde – The Wellbeing Services County of North Ostrobothnia.
The sold property consists of the fire stations Ruskonselkä and Haukipudas and the oil spill response station Virpiniemi in Oulu. The modern stations are built in 2010 – 2016.
Catella acted as advisor to the City of Oulu in the sales process.
