Catella acted as Senate Properties’ financial advisor in the sale of the former Museum of Finnish Architecture on Kasarmikatu 24. The buyer is Y-K Oy Finland.
The building comprises three above-ground floors, a mezzanine level, and a basement. The total gross floor area is approximately 2,000 square metres, of which around 1,150 square metres is leasable space.
