Catella acted as the financial advisor to the bankruptcy estate of MGP Services Oy in the sale of an office and warehouse property located at Kaarnatie 44, in the Alppila district of Oulu. The buyer was KKOY Oulun Rahapajan kortteli.
The office building was completed in 2017 and the warehouse building in early 1980s. Existing lease agreements for the premises were transferred to the new owner as part of the transaction. A part of the office space is currently vacant.
The buildings are situated on a freehold site of 12,217 sqm. The office building's gross floor area is approximately 2,964 sqm, and the warehouse building's approximately 2,321 sqm.
