The main index of the Catella CREDI survey reached it’s highest value since Q2 2015 indicating an improving real estate debt market.
Ongoing vaccinations and improving economic situation have improved the sentiment among financiers and investors which again is reflected to the result of the CREDI-survey. Respondents estimate that the situation in the market continues to improve during the next six months. The difference in future outlook of the real estate debt market between investors and financiers narrowed down during the first half of 2021 indicating a more positive future outlook also for financiers.
