Since 2013, two offices in Lyon and Nantes allow a cover of the entire French territory.

Catella Property runs an experienced and highly qualified team (operating the French market for 20 years and realizing almost 700 transactions) able to deal with the most challenging and complex business cases concerning sale / acquisition of single asset, asset portfolio or share deal, sale & lease back mission or speculative projects (forward funding sale).
