Catella Property provides consulting expertise to both institutional and private investors in non-residential real estate, whether French or international, regarding sales and acquisitions in France throughout Europe. 

Since 2013, two offices in Lyon and Nantes allow a cover of the entire French territory.

Catella Property runs an experienced and highly qualified team (operating the French market for 17 years and realizing more than 500 transactions) able to deal with the most challenging and complex business cases concerning sale / acquisition of single asset, asset portfolio or share deal, sale & lease back mission or speculativeprojects (“VEFA”, “CPI”, “MOD”).

Today, 23 professionals are dedicated to our clients, through different teams:

  •  A commercial Investment "Ile-de-France" team covering the Greater Paris Area and spread between deals under €25 Million and deals above €25 Million and over.
  • A commercial Investment "Region" team covering the entire French territory through its offices in Lyon and Nantes.
