A French institutional investor acquired from the Terrot Group, the 38 rue Boissiere in the 16th arrondissement.
This is a set completely renovated, developing an area "close to" 800 m2 leased to the Globe Group (a firm 9-year lease, which was renewed earlier this July).
The transaction amounted to 11.25 million net seller. "Based on the rent stabilized, this transaction reflects a yield close to 4%." In this operation, the Terrot Group was advised by Catella Property.
