TERREIS and KAUFMAN & BROAD acquired a portfolio of 3 office buildings, with a total area of 8,753 sq.m located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, specifically situated at 10/12, rue de Lübeck, at 11 and at 32/34 rue Galilée.

The portfolio comprises 3 independent Haussmannian style buildings, each held freehold, providing high quality services. The exceptional location within the CBD offers excellent public transports links and road access.

The transaction was jointly carried out by CATELLA PROPERTY and CREDIT FONCIER IMMOBILIER through a co-exclusive selling mandate.
