Three operations signed this summer by the Investment Department - Operations less than € 20 million of CATELLA PROPERTY.

The tertiary Ile-de-France team of CATELLA PROPERTY dedicated to transactions under € 20 million, signed this summer three operations

  • An office building of 3,218 sq.m, located at 13 rue Camille Pelletan in Montrouge (92), sold by the HERTEL GROUP to SCPI vehicle managed by BNP REIM. Superb building of the 30s, fully owned and fully leased to the audiovisual school EFFICOM, the asset benefits from the dynamism of the tertiary hub Châtillon-Montrouge-Malakoff and a good accessibility thanks to its location in the heart of downtown area. The transaction was carried out by CATELLA PROPERTY.

  • An office building of 1,263 sq.m, located at 9-11 rue Fontaine in Asnières (92), was sold by a private investor to FONCIA. Fully leased LOUIS VUITTON MALLETIER, the building offers luxury services following a complete renovation in 2010. The transaction was carried out by CATELLA PROPERTY under an exclusive selling mandate.

  • Within the Atlantic Tower at La Défense (92), CLEAVELAND on behalf of one of its partners, has sold two office areas (674 sq.m) on the 4th and 6th floors, an archives area of 105 sq.m and 10 parking spaces. The assets is leased to two tenants, EUROSITES and IB TRAINING. The transaction was carried out by CATELLA PROPERTY in the context of an acquisition advisory mission.

Also note: A sale agreement was signed as part of a CATELLA PROPERTY exclusive mandate to organize the sale of an office building located at 40-42 boulevard Jean Jaurès in Clichy (92). Built in 1923, with a beautiful facade registered as Hauts-de-Seine heritage site, the building is fully owned and has a total area of 3,307 sq.m.
