Transaction Frankfurt: Olivetti Towers

Catella Property Consultants GmbH advised QUARTERBACK on the purchase of the Olivetti Towers in Frankfurt-Niederrad. The buildings, designed by architect and furniture designer Egon Eiermann, consist of two 14- and 15-storey office towers built in 1972, 2 annexes with underground car park and approx. 500 parking spaces and comprise around 20,000 sqm GFA.
