Transaction Hamburg: Bahrenfelder Carrée

Catella Property Consultants advised on the sale of the Bahrenfelder Carrée in Hamburg-Altona from the project developer Gröner Group GmbH to the Catella European Residential Fund III (CER III).  The investment volume amounts to €120 million.  After completion in 2022, the 19,268 sqm complex will comprise almost 300 residential units and 5 commercial units.
