We look forward to exchanging ideas with you over breakfast and talking about trends and opportunities for our industry. We will shed light on whether AI will soon be building our homes and buildings and replacing architects and draughtsmen. But we will also explore the question of how the property industry can save up to 40% of CO² and become more effective through the use of AI.

Due to the high demand, we had to switch to a new location in Oberhausen, only a few minutes away from Essen.

Klaus Franken, CEO Catella Project Management, will report on the current development of a Catella AI tool to improve the investment process. The tool pools expertise, analyses large amounts of data objectively and thus supports our experts in identifying the best investment opportunities - and is already being used successfully in Germany.
