Things are happening on the Kö! You have to see it and be there when a green lighthouse project is launched in the heart of the state capital Düsseldorf.
The KöTower will be a highlight of Königsallee in the truest sense of the word, and with it a clear exclamation mark in the Düsseldorf office landscape. In addition to modern and striking architecture, the KöTower scores with optimised ESG properties and defines the world of work in a completely different way. 1,800 m² of green roof gardens offer a unique oasis right in the heart of the city, each office has its own balcony or terrace, the façade features photovoltaics and diverse greenery with around 200 different plant species. In short, a place where people feel at home and the focus is on people.
The KöTower provides the decisive impetus to enhance the interface between Königsallee and Friedrichstaft outside the building as well - a place to feel good, away from the noise of traffic, a symbiosis of urbanity and green lung, where people come together and enjoy life. The office as a central meeting point, integrated into an environment with plenty of restaurants, local amenities and usable public space. The KöTower steps back a little to provide space in front of the building for communication, lingering and fresh-air catering.
We, WPV and Catella as investors and Laarakkers as the contractor, cordially invite you to see the work in progress live on site. The demolition of the existing building from the 1960s will be officially opened by Cornelia Zuschke and Lord Mayor Dr Stephan Keller.
