Investment Forum - hot topics in the fund industry

The fund sector is currently characterised by a special dynamic - which brings with it many exciting questions. On 8 April 2025, the Bundesverband Bundesverband Alternative Investments e.V. (BAI) and Osborne Clarke Germany are hosting a BAI Insight in Cologne on the topic: ‘Investment Forum - hot topics in the fund industry’.

Klaus Franken from Catella Project Management will join Christin ter Braak-Forstinger, Dr, LL.M. from Chi Impact Capital, Jan von Mallinckrodt from Union Investment Real Estate GmbH, Oliver Kuschel, CFA from Anthropia Ventures and Jan Herrmann from Osborne Clarke in one of five high-calibre panels to discuss current developments in ESG regulation and practical implications. The panel will be moderated by Michael Bommer from BAI.
