Official ground-breaking ceremony for the Düssel-Terrassen!

With the start of construction work for the first construction phase, which comprises 54 price-linked flats, a new chapter begins for the sustainable residential neighbourhood, the second largest certified KlimaQuartier in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. Planning permission for the next 94 residential units and 3 commercial units is also expected shortly.
