As the 1st construction phase Südviertel marks the start of the Seestadt mg+ and the area on Lürriper Strasse is soon unrecognisable. From 2021, a total of 248 rental apartments will be built in 4 buildings, 90 of which are publicly funded. The 1st construction phase "Südviertel" goes into realisation
As the first construction phase of Seestadt mg+, Südviertel with 248 apartments is being built on Lürriper Straße in Mönchengladbach. Four modern and architecturally attractive buildings with partly subsidised living space as well as representative inner courtyards and play areas are being built here.
A commitment in the 1st construction phase of Seestadt mg+ enables an early entry into a neighbourhood at fair prices, which will gradually gain in quality in the coming years.
