As a partner with excellent expertise in European car park investments Orange Investment Managers provides advisory services related to acquisitions, portfolio and asset management while Catella focuses on fund management in general as well as fund raising, accounting and fund administration.

The fund invests in parking assets located in European cities with more than 40,000 inhabitants, with a high centrality index and a continuous demand for parking. The investment concept is classified as “Core/Core+” (in accordance with the INREV style classification). Investors benefit from investing in European car parks by attractive distributions, a potential for growth in value and diversification, together with a balanced risk-return profile.
