IWS II – Wirtschaftsregion Süddeutschland

Real estate investments at selected locations in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg.

In the first quarter of 2016 Catella Real Estate AG, Munich launched the special fund, "IWS II – Wirtschaftsregion Süddeutschland", the fund which succeeded the well-established "Immo-Spezial –Wirtschaftsregion Süddeutschland".

The open-ended real estate special AIF in accordance with German Investment Act (KAGB) is designed for (semi-) professional investors. As with predecessor, the invstestment universe for this fund comprises the prime markets (A and B cities) in Bavaria and Baden-Wurttemberg. In terms of sectoral allocation, the fund invests primarily in office, retail and logistics properties, and to a lesser extent in properties with other types of use, which serve to improve risk distribution and ensure broader diversification.
